Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your BLAY&bo purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in new, unworn condition.
• Not have been washed.
• Not have been worn outside.
• Have all original tags attached (if applicable).

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item for another size, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue you a store credit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us blayandbo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll provide you with the next steps.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
